Sustaine is a resource for people living in NYC to find donation drop-off locations and understand more about their local charities to have a better understanding of where their donations are going. The purpose of this website is to encourage more sustainable practices in the fashion industry as well as encourage charitability among New Yorkers, as finding donation drop-off locations and information about them can often be a struggle.

Why Sustainability Matters

Above, the ticking clock is a real-time countdown of the amount of time we have left until the effects of climate change are irreversible. In America alone, an estimated 11.3 million tons of textile waste - equivalent to 85% of all textiles - end up in landfills on a yearly basis (Source).
